Payment for your order can be paid by credit card, e-check/bank transfer, or PayPal account balance using PayPal's secure checkout.
This is an independent business with mostly one of a kind, handmade items, so I do not accept returns (but I do offer free repairs for life). Exchanges can be made within 10 days (this doesn't include the time it takes for your item to get to me)on any items except earrings. Please be sure to read the description of the item fully, and to also view every photo of the item. If you still have questions about the item, feel free to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible. Should your order arrive damaged or get lost in transit, I will file a package insurance claim for you and you will be given a full refund (including shipping costs) once the insurance claim has went through. You will need to be able to provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item in order for damage claims to go through.
If anything you buy from me ever needs to be fixed, you can send it back ANY time for free repairs. Please make sure you have all the parts to the broken item, if possible. I do not keep a large stock of supplies, and if you have lost a part that needs to be re-ordered, the repair may take longer and the lost part be replaced with one not exactly identical to the original.
Custom made items have varying turn-around times but typically take no longer than 2 weeks at the most. All other orders are sent out within 24 hours from Monday to Friday using U.S.P.S.. If you are within the U.S.A., you can expect your order to arrive within 2-10 days. If you are outside of the U.S.A., you can expect your order to arrive within 5-30 days.
All orders under $50 are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with insurance and tracking included. Orders above $50 are shipped by Priority Mail.
Any customs taxes and/or fees, should they occur during shipment outside of the USA, are the responsibility of the customer to pay. I do not refund shipping costs for packages returned to me due to the customer refusing to pay their countries customs taxes/fees.
The following modifications are available at no additional cost to you. Please let me know if you would like any of this done, in the comments box upon checkout!:Any necklace, bracelet, or anklet can be shortened. Earrings can be switched from posts, hooks, or hoops. For the time being there are no hoops available for antiqued bronze earrings, only hooks and posts. Closures can be switched out to either claw clasp or loop and toggle.
Silver jewelry as well as pewter/metal alloy can become tarnished or oxidize over time. This is a natural occurrence which can be helped simply by cleaning the jewelry with jewelry cleaner. Whitening toothpaste also works really well, but do not use it a lot because over time it can eat away at the metals. I do not accept returns for tarnished/oxidized jewelry since it is a normal thing to happen with metals and can be easily fixed! Thanks :)
